She looked over my fiance and I's previous coverages for our two vehicles and motorcycles and was able to find us better coverage for less than what we used to pay just to insure our cars!   One word! Awesome and amazing! We'll, maybe two. Michele is the first insurance agent that took the time to explain exactly everything that is in our policy, making sure we understand them. We now feel for the first time that we know what our car and auto insurance covers and if we do have a question, Michele is a call away and we're not stuck on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a "representative."   My encounter with Mrs. Hambrick from the moment I called her, to the time we hung up off the phone making my down payment to my new policy; she has been an absolute Angel! I don't normally take the time to write reviews because I'm too impatient to sit and type like that lol but I had to commend Mrs. Michel on her level of courtesy and professionalism. It was truly unmatched when compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past. She truly makes you feel at ease and like you are family. I can't tell you how much customer service means to me and Michel Hambrick displayed all of that and more from start to finish.
